Cargo System & Software Logistics

Visual Logistics Cargo System is a unique terminal management system, which can be used at single- and multi-purpose terminals. The application is used to register administrative information related to cargo and vessels, trucks and trains coming to the terminal, as well as for the follow up of the actual operations, both on the waterside and on the landside. The cargo that is expected at the terminal, containers and non-containerised cargo, is registered in the form of orders. Depending on the nature of the cargo, different details may need to be recorded. A distinction is made in Cargo System between discharge & load orders, delivery & receipt orders and special handling orders. Planned vessel and train arrivals are also recorded in Cargo System and truckers can make use of the pre-announcement functionality to pre-register their visit to the terminal.
